Posters for Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2

The Hunger Games franchise has turned out to be a huge hit for Lionsgate, and as the final film begins its marketing push for the November release I’m sure their producers are crossing their fingers that this one will be the biggest draw yet.  Thus far we’ve had the first trailer, seen below, and leading up to the San Diego Comic Con we have a series of posters for the movie.  These posters certainly deviate from those of earlier films and imply that the characters are ready for all out war.  Check them out below. Guillermo del Toro Talks About Crimson Peak and Trailer

Guillermo del Toro is a geek favorite and each of his films reach semi-cult status with that group of fans, even though they might not be super successful at the box office.  He’s the type of director who is very ambitious and often has his plate full of potential projects, many of which never see the light of day.  His latest, Crimson Peak, is sure to wow the crowd at the San Diego Comic Con later this month before it arrives in theaters in October. Ava DuVernay Not Directing Black Panther and More Black Panther News
