Details for Star Wars Anthology: Rogue One Suggests More Villains

Marisa Tomei Offered Role of Aunt May in Marvel’s Spider-Man

Multiple reports are coming out that Oscar-winning actress, Marisa Tomei (My Cousin Vinny, The Wrestler), is in talks to play Aunt May in Marvel Studios/Sony Pictures’ stand alone Spider-Man film.  Variety is reporting “the outlet reveals that an offer was made to Tomei last week but that she has yet to officially sign on. Clip from Sherlock Christmas Special

A while back it was made known that in addition to getting season 4 of the hit BBC series Sherlock, fans would also be treated to a separate Christmas episode that would be taking place during the Victorian time period that the books occur in.  For a fanbase that is used to waiting (2 years in between seasons that only last 3 episodes to begin with) it was a welcome addition even if it wasn’t part of the show’s continuity.  You can read more about the Christmas special and what to expect from season 4 here and here.
