Margot Robbie will be voicing a character in Sony’s Peter Rabbit adaptation.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Robbie (Suicide Squad, Wolf of Wall Street) will be voicing a bunny in film. The details of her character are unknown beyond that. She will be joining her About Time and Goodbye Christopher Robin co-star Domhnall Gleeson, who recently signed on to play the human character Mr. McGregor. Peter Rabbit will be directed by Will Gluck and also includes James Corden, Rose Byrne, Daisy Ridley and Elizabeth Debicki are already on board the project, which is being directed by Will Gluck. “Peter Rabbit is being described as a modern interpretation of Potter’s works centering on the rivalry between mischievous young hopper Peter Rabbit and Mr. McGregor, a man trying to keep a rabbit-free garden.
Corden is voicing Peter Rabbit, while Gleeson is playing McGregor. Byrne is portraying a character named Bea, likely a stand-in for the author, Potter.”
