Clip from Heath Ledger’s “Joker Diary”

Heath Ledger’s performance as the Joker in The Dark Knight was one of the finest comic book portrayals of any character and earned him a posthumous Oscar for best supporting actor.  It has been stated that much of his prep to get into the character, which included keeping a “Joker diary”, is what ultimately led to his tragic death.  A sequence from an upcoming documentary about the late actor depicting some of what is inside that journal has surfaced online (courtesy of Entertainment Weekly).  Check it out below. Lots of Batman v Superman News: Jena Malone’s Role, Ties to Suicide Squad, the State of Gotham and How This Batman Will be Different

It seems like there’s a new piece of information coming out about Batman v Superman or Suicide Squad daily (Warner Bros. has to tighten up their security on set, although most of these stories come from Empire Magazine).  I didn’t want to fill me blog with only stories about those films so I avoided writing about many of them this past week.  However, since there’s a lot of little items I thought it best to put it together in one larger post.
